Founded in 2024, NAGISA MARKETING SOLUTIONS was created with the vision of bringing the essence of Japan to India in meaningful and accessible ways. We act as a cultural bridge, helping individuals and organizations experience Japanese values, aesthetics, and traditions within the Indian context.

Founder, CEO
She first visited India in 2015 and later received the MEXT "Tobitate! Study Abroad Japan" scholarship, gaining hands-on experience through internships including an Indian startup. After working in corporate sales in Japan's IT startup and venture sector, she founded Nagisa Marketing Solutions in Mumbai in 2024. She works closely with Japanese companies in India, collaborating with Indian-led teams to enhance Japan's presence and support organizational growth.

Japanese Culture Consultant, Trainer
With over 10 years of experience, she specializes not only in teaching the Japanese language but also in delivering impactful cross-cultural sessions bridging India and Japan. Her background includes government projects, interpretation/translation, and serving as Senior Cross-Cultural Integration Trainer at Pasona India. She provides deep insight into Japanese communication styles and business etiquette. JLPT N1 certified.
Supporting the cultural integration of Kansai Nerolac Paints by enhancing Japan's presence in sales and marketing. As part of the newly established Japanese corporate sales team, collaborating closely with Indian teams to drive new business opportunities and strengthen the Kansai brand's presence across India.
Partnering with Suntory Whisky Hibiki, our team expressed the brand's story and Japanese craftsmanship through cultural experiences centered on the value of wa (harmony). Targeting celebrities, media, and influencers, the events highlighted Hibiki's artistry and spirit with Japanese calligraphy, seasonal traditions, and refined hospitality.
Planned and executed Japanese-culture–themed workshops at events for affluent end-users and at exhibitions targeting architects and interior designers, fostering deep empathy and positive sentiment toward the brand.
Planned and executed engagement strategies for VIP guests at a Japan-themed product launch party and small dinner party.
Delivered a Japanese cultural experience embodying the spirit of 'Japanese Craftsmanship' for Lexus owners at Lexus dealerships.
Conducted an HR event at Kansai Nerolac Paints' Mumbai Head Office with 400+ Indian employees, designed to deepen cultural understanding and strengthen employee engagement. The program allowed employees to experience Japanese culture and its spirit firsthand, fostering a sense of connection, pride, and loyalty within the organization.
